Stephens County Limestone (“we”, “us”) runs this website at sclrock.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Quote requests. If you use “Get a Quote”, we receive the name, phone number, email address (optional), material, quantity and message you type.
- Account applications. If you apply to open an account, we receive the company name, contact name, phone, email, address, truck and volume details, payment terms you ask for, tax-exempt answer and any message you type.
- Pay My Bill. To find your invoice we use the invoice number and billing ZIP code you enter. Card payments are taken on a payment page run by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and its amount.
- Visit counts. We count page visits and taps on Call and Get Directions as simple daily totals. These counts contain no names, IP addresses or cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your request, set up and manage your account, record your payments, and keep our business records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We rely on a few service providers to run the site. They process data for us and may receive your IP address and browser details when you load a page or submit a form:
- Render, which hosts the site and our office system.
- Cloudflare, which provides our domain, DNS and email forwarding.
- Stripe, which processes card payments.
- Bunny.net, which delivers the homepage video.
- Google, for fonts and the embedded map. Opening the page loads these from Google.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and applications are kept while they are useful to us. Billing and payment records are kept as long as our accounting and tax obligations require.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent through this site by calling (501) 912-8869. Some billing records must be kept by law, but we will remove what we can.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
