About the information on this site

We work to keep the site accurate, but materials, availability, hours and prices can change. Descriptions are general. The material calculator gives an estimate only; actual tonnage depends on compaction and moisture and is confirmed on our scale. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or a guaranteed price until we confirm it to you.

Quote requests and account applications

Sending a quote request or an account application does not create an order or an account, and does not guarantee credit terms. We may accept, decline or change terms at our discretion.

Pickup and site rules

All sales are pickup only. Anyone who visits the quarry must follow our posted safety rules and the instructions of our staff.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Invoice terms and due dates are printed on your invoice. Questions about a payment can be sent to us by phone and we will help resolve them.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or use automated tools to submit forms or look up invoices.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that result from using the site or relying on its information, and our responsibility for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction involved.
